Rob Wenzel is our New Construction/Commercial estimator and project manager. He has worked at Novak Heating since 2009. Rob worked for his father in his carpentry business growing up and performed work on home renovations and additions,small commercial projects and oversaw many of the subcontracted trades.

In High School and college he focused his studies on mechanical design. Starting in 2003 Rob entered an HVAC apprenticeship program and gained experience on many commercial and new construction jobs.After 2 years he was promoted to a crew leader. In 2006 he started in a position that allowed him to design and layout ductwork for new homes,multi family dwellings and small commercial projects.In 2007 Rob was promoted to Project manager for new construction and commercial work.

Rob has attended many classes on duct design,airflow diagnostics, load estimation and manufacturer service classes. He continues to seek out the best training opportunities to improve his skills. Rob would be very eager to put together a proposal on your design build project, your new home or a spec project!

Rob has attended local Chamber of Commerce functions and Homebuilders Association meetings.He is a Hawkeye fan,enjoys golf,baseball and cooking.
