Novak Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1934 by Godfrey Novak. The company grew through the years and added many products and services. Paul Novak took over in 1968 and although he is retired now he still comes in most everyday and provides valuable advice and direction.His son Randy started as an apprentice in 1986 and worked his way up through sales and management.He currently serves as President.Another son Rob Novak started in 1991 as a duct cleaning technician,then a service technician and eventually acted as service manager. He currently owns his own energy auditing company and home inspection services company.
