Estimate Commercial and New Construction HVAC projects, Plan spec & Design Build projects. Take project from design to completion, coordinate and manage field staff, and communicate with project foremen & contractors.
Estimator is responsible for sizing, estimating and quoting all commercial and new construction HVAC projects. This includes understanding the customers requirements, project scope and schedule.

Must have previous estimating experience with a proven track record or applicable field experience

Effective communication between customer, office staff and field workers

Remain up to date on current industry trends in order to stay competitive in this ever-changing field

Willingness to work in a team atmosphere

Organized, dependable, detailed are qualities we favor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
