Rob Wenzel, President & Owner

I began my HVAC career as install helper in 2002. Since then I have grown throughout the industry in the field and in the office. My focus has not only been to provide outstanding customer service, but also to educate our customers and provide the best quality, value and comfort solutions for their money. I look forward to continuing this legacy as the President & Owner of Novak Heating & Cooling.

Randy Novak, Past President/President Emeritus

With a career spanning nearly four decades, I've had the privilege of seeing this company grow from the ground up. My journey began as an apprentice in 1986, progressing through sales and culminating in my role as President and owner. While I've stepped away from daily operations, I continue to offer support and guidance to the team, sharing the experience gained from a lifetime with the company

William Kane, Commercial Estimator/Project Manager

Will is our commercial estimator/project manager. He has a strong background in commercial service, refrigeration, and controls. Will currently serves in the Air National Guard and previously served in the Army National Guard.

Kiley Winchell, Accounts Payable

Kiley started with our dispatching team, and since then has done almost everything in our office short of installing a new furnace. She's always happy to help out our team and customers any chance she can.

Kim Ward, Director of Chaos

Kim Ward has been employed by Novak since 1994, Kim does it all --- helps keep everything running smoothly from our field technicians, billing, office and basically keeps our employees in line. She always has a smile and does a great job juggling many roles for our company.

Jen Bemer, Dispatch

Jen Bemer has been employed with Novak since 2018. She answers the phone and coordinates our service department. She's the friendly voice that helps schedule your service call or answers your questions. She's also the friendly smile you'll see when you stop by our office.

Rob Baskerville, Comfort Specialist

Rob Baskerville is our Comfort Specialist and he is eager to earn your business should you be in the market for a new heating system. Rob is always willing to meet with you on an evening or weekend if that is better for your schedule. Utility rebates? Federal Tax Credits? Manufacturer Rebates-- he is the expert!
