We had been thinking about having our ducts cleaned for years and finally decided to get it scheduled. The obvious choice for us was Novak because of their great reputation. We became even more confident with our decision when (prior to our scheduled cleaning) I saw the house 2 doors down from us have theirs done then our next door neighbor a few weeks later.

The gentleman who came was kind and professional and even found a situation in our ductwork we were unaware of that we’re able to now remedy. It was also cool to be able to hear the dirt from the ducts moving through the tubing and out of our house. So long!

The A.C. was not working. John was our repairman scheduled for 11 AM. He got here an hour early and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. He even set the thermostat for the heating and cooling cycles.The price was reasonable. We highly recommend Novak Heating.

Adam was extremely helpful. I purchased this house in June. I didn’t understand everything about my heating, cooling, air cleaner, and dehumidifier. He explained the controls and helped me install the app. He explained how to use all the features of the system. I feel that I will be taken care of completely.
He replaced the 20 yr old air cleaner. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan. Extremely pleased.

We are scheduled for a new Carrier air condition system to be installed in a few days. Our current 13 year old air conditioning stopped working. The same day that I called to make an appointment for a repair I was told some one would be out that day. John arrived in a few hours to do the service.
